  • Re-engineer Kidflix Global’s marketing direction and sales platforms
  • Managed the company’s transformation from “Netflix-like” mail rental DVDs to cost-saving streaming VOD platform

RGM is the digital agency of record for Kidflix Global, distributor of international movies for kids and families. The company began operations mailing DVDs back and forth to customers.  RGM helped transform this operation by adding streaming VOD capabilities while updating business processes in sales, distribution, marketing, electronic commerce, and digital audience reach.

RGM recreated the company’s brand, image, and aesthetics with KFG management to maximize revenue and audience access through ad campaigns, boosted promotions, geographically targeted PPC campaigns across social media and ad networks.
